Aryeh, I have Win2K SP3 and a Promise Ultra100 card and have had zero problems. It appears that you have BSOD problems. I haven't seen anything of the sort. My computer boots normally. The OS is on a drive on the main IDE controller, but I can access files on the drive on the Promise controller with no problems.

In his case, it was a Promise Ultra100 card. In both cases W2K was involved. It appears that the last DWORD in the transfers is affected. In one of the errors that I have observed,, the last *two* DWORDs were affected, which is a bit more unusual. If Kasper said it happened, then I believe it.
